Puppy Training (2-6 months of age)

Service Description

Whenever training a puppy, it is important to place emphasis on their developing mind as they grow into mature adult dogs. Working with a young dog allows us to set a proper foundation for the rest of their lives! Whether you have a new pup or a teenager who is unruly, I will help you establish great habits and balance that will last a lifetime. I practice science-based, positive training and teach you how to communicate with your pup without physical corrections of any kind like pinning, poking, grabbing or hitting. I do NOT use choke collars, pronged/spike collars or electric collars. Because dog training must be practical to be effective, all private sessions are conducted in your home, business, or location where the training or problem behavior resolution is required. Training in your home is more flexible than classes so we can work around your varying schedule, (and you avoid driving and traffic). PUPPY MANAGEMENT CONSULTATIONS (socialization, potty training, teething, space management etc.): Single in-person session - $180 Single online session - $150 BASIC OBEDIENCE TRAINING Basic training commands: heel, sit, stay, down, come Practical training commands: off, drop it, leave it, wait, etc. Single in-person session - $180 3 private in-person sessions - $495 ($165/session, $45 savings) 5 private in-person sessions - $695 ($139/session, $205 savings) 5 WEEKS BASIC OBEDIENCE PACKAGE Week 1​: Name recognition, crate training, potty training, introduction to impulse control Week 2: sit, leave it (patience/impulse control) Week 3: down, stay Week 4: recall (come when called), go to place Week 5: introduction to heel and basic leash manners 5 in home private sessions - $695 ($139/session)
