Terms and Conditions
Dog Training:
Single sessions and packages are non-refundable and can only be used within three months ( single sessions and three-session bundles) and four months (five-session bundles) from the day of purchase
All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking
We ask you to provide us with 24 hours notice of rescheduling for training appointments. Any changes with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service
Dog Boarding:
All services and appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking
Boarding cancellations (including partial cancellations) with over 5 full days of notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Boarding cancellations (including partial cancellations) with less than 5 full days of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the 50% of the scheduled service ($100 minimum, $50 for single night bookings).
Same day cancellations (including partial cancellations) and no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the 100% of the booking.
